Launched into the artists’ community in May 2014, the two new artists, Aaron Estrada and Rachel Silgardo worked with the City of Mississauga, to deliver a unique and creative program to fulfill the community portion of AIM's mandate. The artists will share their talent in the hope of inspiring and awakening innate creativity among youth and teens

AIM’s second annual showcase, features new artists Shobha Wagley and Jason Bassels along with seasoned artists Nedi Gavriliu, Aaron Estrada, Rachel Silgardo, Ryan Monteath and Anna Silgardo.

An upcoming Art Series, "Through Glass" showcasing artists & giving them a platform to exhibit their work, while simultaneously creating awareness on the importance of art as a vehicle of self-expression and mental well-being.The objective is transparency, breaking ‘through glass’, to raise awareness through our stories, in breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness.
MAY 15 | Private Gallery Opening, Bell Media, Queen & John
Staff members were encouraged to showcase their work and bring new meaning to creativity in the workplace. AIM founder spearheads the opening of the Gallery at Queen and John. There was great enthusiasm and support. The gallery acts as a "water cooler" bringing staff members to view and unwind during the course of a busy day..

AIM provides a platform for two new artists, Rachel Silgardo and Aaron Estrada, to showcase their work at the Mississauga Central Library as part of Visual Arts Mississauga.
FEB 27 - APR 24
Pilot project of the Hope Project by The Starfish Collective. Spearheaded by AIM Founder working towards an exclusive goal, " to make a difference, one starfish at a time." This community engagement program brings hope and well-being through the arts to a group of women. Reflecting on where they are and building a sense of belonging.
“WHAT DO YOU SEE” ART EVERYDAY
JUN 1 | CMAC Dojo, Mississauga
In collaboration with the Classical Martials Arts Centre, community members enjoy a free art exhibition, a yoga session with Marlene Monteath and a life drawing workshop in the study of human anatomy with Nedi Gavriliu and Imagedo Studio, Mississauga.
AIM participated in the Mayoral Forum on Arts, Heritage and Culture with Mississauga Arts Council, Art Gallery of Mississauga, Heritage Mississauga, Visual Arts Mississauga, Mississauga Symphony Orchestra, Carassauga and Mississauga Choral Society.

Artists in Momentum posthumously showcases the work of Jebby Jacob. The Showcase will be presented at the Mississauga Central Library.

With the support of Visual Arts Mississauga, Anna Silgardo officially launches Artists in Momentum with a unique mission to promote the artist and to assist those living with mental health issues.

OCT 7 | Art Therapy workshops, Bell Media & Bell TV, Ontario
Art therapists Sarah Brodie, Claudia Corradetti and Erin Griffin conduct Creativity for Well Being programs at Bell Media and Bell TV.
Artwork created by children participating in the “Flight to Flygynhofstar and Back” workshops, program developed by AIM for exclusive use by UCMAS Canada.
Creativity in the workplace takes on new meaning. Artists in Momentum, facilitates the opening of Gallery 115 at Bell TV Scarsdale. The gallery showcases creative pieces of staff, giving everyone the opportunity to experience art in everyday life. AIM also conducted Vision Boarding workshops at the Bell Media Agincourt and Scarsdale campus'.

In collaboration with art therapists, Sarah Brodie and Claudia Corredetti, AIM organizes an interactive and informative session on tackling workplace stress to staff members at Bell Media.
